1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Docs to Design plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

The Plugin converts Word documents (.docx) into formatted design layouts. It operates within design tools including Figma, InDesign, and Canva.

3. Tiers and Pricing

Free Tier:

• Requires email activation (one-time verification code)
• Up to 5 document imports per 30-day rolling period
• Up to 10 content pages per import (cover page not counted)
• Full typography, tables, lists, and layout formatting

Pro Tier:

• Unlimited document imports
• Up to 20 content pages per import (cover page not counted)
• Full embedded image rendering
• All Free tier features included
• Requires an active subscription via our payment provider

Pro tier pricing is listed at docstodesign.com. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. All sales are processed through our payment provider.

4. Refund Policy

• Pro tier purchases may be refunded within 14 days if the Plugin does not function as described
• Refund requests should be directed to
• Refunds are not available after 14 days or for change-of-mind reasons

5. Intellectual Property

• Documents you process remain your property
• Output generated by the Plugin is yours to use without restriction
• The Plugin does not claim ownership of any content you create or convert

6. Limitations

• The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Plugin
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all Word document formats or features
• Document fidelity depends on the source file's structure and formatting

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer the Plugin's licensing mechanism
• Distribute Pro tier product keys to unauthorized users
• Use the Plugin in ways that violate the host platform's Terms of Service

8. Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. In summary: your documents are processed locally and never leave your device. We collect only your email address for account management and usage tracking.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the plugin's Settings panel. Upon deletion, your email, usage history, and all associated data are permanently removed. Any active Pro subscription should be cancelled separately through the payment provider. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Plugin evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Plugin's update notes.
